On Wednesday, March 18, Mayor Marsha McLean and the Santa Clarita City Council held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Golden Valley Road Bridge Widening Project over the State Route 14.
This project will help alleviate traffic by widening the bridge from two lanes to four lanes, add pedestrian and bike-friendly sidewalks, beautify the on/off ramps, add left-turn lanes and expand the existing park and ride.
