Mayor Bob Kellar and the Santa Clarita City Council cordially invite community members to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the Sand Canyon/ SR 14 Beautification project on Wednesday, August 28, at 11 a.m. The event will take place near the Mobil station at the nearby SR 14 on-ramp.
